R1130(E) provides property data for trans-1,2-dichloroethene (C2H2Cl2, MW 96.943 g/gmole, CAS# 156-60-5).  The thermodynamic and transport properties are obtained using the methods described by:

The properties are valid for temperatures between 223.31 K and 525 K for pressures up to 30 MPa.

The IIR reference is used for specific enthalpy and entropy, i.e., h=200 kJ/kg and s=1 kJ/kg-K for saturated liquid at 273.15 K.
