NitrogenTrifluoride

 

NitrogenTrifluoride provides high accuracy thermodynamic properties for nitrogen trifluoride (NF3, MW=71.02 g/gmol, CAS#=7783-54-2).  A Fundamental Equation of State was fit by F-Chart Software based on data presented in:

The correlation is implemented for temperatures in the range between 120 K and  500 K and for pressures less than 5 MPa.   

 

Values of specific enthalpy and entropy are referred to 0 for saturated liquid at the normal boiling point (144.1 K).
