Enthalpy departure is the dimensionless value of (h[ideal]-h)/(RTc). h[ideal]-h is the difference in enthalpy between an ideal gas and a real gas at the same temperature and pressure.  R is the gas constant and Tc is the critical temperature.  The negative of the enthalpy departure for the Redlich-Kwong-Soave equation of state is:
