**DuctDamperOpposed_CL**

Returns the pressure drop associated with a damper that has opposed vanes given the fluid, its flow rate and state, the upstream area, and the vane angle. This function calls the K_damper_opposed function from the minor loss library.

theta: vane angle (radian or degree)
