SF_3
Function SF_3 provides the shape factor ([m] or [ft]) for a cylinder that is buried in a semi-infinite medium with one end coincident with the medium surface.
Inputs:
D = diameter of cylinder ([m] or [ft])
L = length of cylinder ([m] or [ft])
