Infinitely long enclosure formed by three planar or convex surfaces

Function f2d_11(A1, A2, A3) returns the view factor from on planar or convex surface to a second planar on convex surface in an enclosure that extends to infinity in the direction into the screen.

Inputs:
A1 = the area per unit width into the screen of convex or planar surface 1 [m or ft]
A2 = the area per unit width into the screen of convex or planar surface 2 [m or ft]
A3 = the area of a surface which forms the enclosure [m or ft]

Example:

A1=1 [m]
A2=1 [m]
A3=1 [m]
F=f2d_11(A1, A2, A3)
