Infinite plate to parallel infinite plate

Function f2d_14 returns the view factor an infinitely long flat plate to another, parallel infinitely long flat plate.

The calling protocol is:

F=f2d_14(W1, W2, H, a)

Inputs:
W1: width of plate 1 (ft or m)
W2: width of plate 2 (ft or m)
H: separation distance between plates (ft or m)
a: distance between edge of plate 1 and edge of plate 2 (ft or m)

Example:
$UnitSystem SI Mass J K Pa Radian
W1=1 [m]
W2=2 [m]
H=1.2 [m]
a=0.5 [m]
F=f2d_14(W1,W2,H,a)
