Perpendicular right triangles with coincident base

Function f3d_36(W,L,D) returns the view factor between two right triangles that are perpendicular to one another and share a base.

Inputs:
W = height of triangle 2 [m] or [ft]
L = height of triangle 1 [m] or [ft]
D = length of base [m] or [ft]

Example:

D=0.1 [m]
L=0.05 [m]
W=0.2 [m]
F=f3d_36(W,L,D)
