Annular ring to inside of outer cylinder
Function f3d_65(r_c,r_1,r_2,h) returns the view factor between an annular ring between two concentric cylinders to the inside surface of the outer cylinder.
Inputs:
r_c = radius of inner cylinder [m] or [ft]
r_1 = outer radius of annular ring [m] or [ft]
r_2 = radius of outer cylinder [m] or [ft]
h = height of cylinder [m] of [ft]
Example:

r_c=0.2 [m]
r_1=0.4 [m]
r_2=0.5 [m]
h=0.5 [m]
