Annular ring segment to inside of outer cylinder

Function f3d_69(r_c,r_1,r_2,h) returns the view factor between an annular ring and the inside surface of the outer cylinder, which is vertically displaced from the ring.

Inputs:
r_c = radius of inner cylinder [m] or [ft]
r_1 = inner radius of annular ring [m] or [ft]
r_2 = outer radius of annular ring [m] or [ft]
r_3 = radius of outer cylinder [m] or [ft]
h_1 = distance between the ring and the bottom of the cylinder [m] of [ft]
h_2 = distance between the ring and the top of the cylinder [m] of [ft]

Example:
$UnitSystem SI Mass J K Pa Radian
r_c=0.2 [m]
r_1=0.4 [m]
r_2=0.5 [m]
r_3=0.8 [m]
h_1=0.5 [m]
h_2=1 [m]
F12=f3d_69(r_c, r_1,r_2,r_3,h_1,h_2)

{Solution:
F=0.2412}
