Outer surface of a small cylinder to the inner surface of a large cylinder when the small cylinder is completely within the large cylinder

Function f3d_26(x,l,z,r1,r2) returns the view factor between the outer surface of a small cylinder to the inner surface of a large cylinder when the small cylinder is completely within the large cylinder

Inputs:
x = distance from the left side of cylinder 1 to the end of cylinder 2 [m or ft]
l = length of small cylinder [m or ft]
z = distance from the right side of cylinder 1 to the end of cylinder 2 [m or ft]
r1 = radius of the smaller cylinder [m or ft]
r2 = radius of the larger cylinder [m or ft]

Example:
$UnitSystem SI K Pa J deg
x=0.02 [m]
l=0.1 [m]
z=0.1 [m]
r1=0.05 [m]
r2=0.1 [m]
F = f3d_26(x,l,z,r1,r2)

{Solution:
F=0.8988}
