H_LIBR
h_LiBr returns the enthalpy [Btu/lb or kJ/kg] of lithium bromide water solutions as a function of temperature and concentration depending on unit specification, either 'Eng' or 'SI'.
The correlation used here is taken from the 1989 ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals. The correlation is applicable for 40<=X<=70% and 60 F<T<330 F.
