Rod with shoulder fillets under torsion

Function SCF_10 returns the stress concentration factor for a stepped bar with shoulder fillets. The rod is subject to torsion.

Inputs:
D - the diamter of the rod  ([m] or [ft])
t - the depth of the shoulder  ([m] or [ft])
r - the radius of the fillet  ([m] or [ft])

Example:
$Load Mechanical Design
$UnitSystem SI K Pa
D=0.24 [m]
t=0.025 [m]
r=0.075[m]
SCF=scf_10(D,t,r)

{Solution:
SCF=1.12
}
