K_AngleValve
The K_AngleValve(RelRough, fo) function returns the resistance coefficient for a fully-open or partially open angle valve as a function of the relative roughness of the piping and the fractional opening (fo), defined as the ratio of the minimum flow area to the maximum flow area in the valve.
