Helium3
Helium3 provides approximate thermodynamic and transport properties for Helium3. Thermodynamic data are determined using a reduced Helmholtz equation of state developed by F-Chart Software using data from the He3Pak program, version 2.0.2.0:
The specific enthalpy and entropy values provided by the equation of state are referenced to 0 for saturated liquid at the normal boiling point (3.198 K).
The equation of state should be valid for temperatures between 0.25 and 400 K at pressures up to 1 MPa.
