NWindowTabs

NWINDOWTABS takes one argument which must be either a string constant or a string variable.  The string must be one of the following window types:

PARAMETRIC      LOOKUP      ARRAYS      INTEGRAL     EQUATIONS     PLOT     DIAGRAM     SOLUTION

The function returns the number of tabs (i.e. separate windows) for this window type.  The function will return 0 if the window is not in use or -1 if the window type is not recognized.

Example:  

     N=nwindowtabs('LOOKUP') "number of lookup tables"
