Payment Alternatives for EES Licenses

Payment for EES licenses in USD may be made by:

• Credit card through our webstore.

  Student licenses may only be purchased by credit card.

• Check. Our mailing address is: F-Chart Software, Box 44042, Madison, WI 53744

• ACH (Automated Clearing House) or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer): Account details upon request.

• Domestic or International Bank Wire Transfer: Account details upon request.

• The purchase order must indicate that payment will occur within 30-days from the date on the invoice.

• Invoices will be provided in .pdf format by email. We will not provide invoices by postal service.

• We will not be responsible for foreign taxes.

• We retain the right to require payment in advance.

We no longer will accept purchase orders that require the use of any type of online invoice submission system. If your company requires that invoices be submitted through an online portal then it will be necessary to order through a third-party software vendor.

Orders from resellers or third party vendors are accepted. However, no reseller discounts are available.

The consequences of late payment will be suspension of the license. You will then not be able to use EES until payment is received.
